I'm a Senior Product Designer with nearly a decade in UX and Product Design, and a Master's in UX Research & Design, designing enterprise products in fintech, identity and access management, security and privacy, and consumer financial tools. My roots are in graphic and web design — a foundation that still informs how I think about craft and visual systems.
I currently lead design across two major products at JPMorgan Chase. The first is a unified data and identity platform — a redesign that lifted engagement 97%, cut support tickets 43%, and saved $2.4M in operations. I'm now building an AI-powered assistant layered on top of that platform. The second is One Access, JPMorgan Chase's global credential management and access hub — a confidential product handling millions of visits a year, where my work spans tokens, PINs, and secure environments at firm-wide scale.
