I'm a Senior Product Designer with nearly a decade in UX and product design and a Master's in UX Research & Design, working on enterprise products in fintech, identity and access management, security and privacy, and consumer financial tools. Today I lead design across two major platforms at JPMorgan Chase: a unified data and identity platform, and the firm's workforce credential and access experience — trust-critical products serving hundreds of thousands of employees.
